作者介绍：
Michael Watkins has developed a strong “brand” for himself in
the leadership arena and has won over a large audience with his
work on leadership transitions. His book Predictable Surprises
(with Max Bazerman) is due out this Fall, and he has recently left
Harvard Business School to start his own leadership and strategy
consultancy called Genesis Advisers.
