作者介绍：
中共上海市委党史研究室是中国共产党史研究部门，也是市委主管党史业务的工作部门。主要负责：研究党的历史，总结党的历史经验，为党的建设和市委决策提供历史借鉴，充分发挥党史资政育人的作用，为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的大局服务；撰写上海党史专著，编辑出版党史报刊和重要书籍，综合研究上海党史上的重要人物；推动党史成果的转化，向广大党员干部和群众进行党史、革命史的宣传教育；协助市委有关部门审核本市拟公开发表或出版的涉及党史重大题材及重要领导人工作和生活情况的图书、文章等。
上海钻石交易所是经中华人民共和国国务院批准于2000年10月27日成立的国家级要素市场,是中国大陆唯一的钻石进出口交易平台。钻交所是世界钻石交易所联盟（WFDB）成员，按照国际通行的钻石交易规则运行，为中外钻石交易商提供一个公平、公正、安全并实行封闭式管理的交易场所。
